Ingo Schneemann

Ingo Schneemann is Senior Vice President and Managing Director of American Appraisal Central Europe. He serves as project manager and executive in charge of domestic and international engagements. He has been working in various global projects involving assignments in Europe, the Americas and Asia. Ingo is part of American Appraisals European Management Committee. His professional expertise is reaching via various asset classes and valuation frameworks. He is a frequent speaker on valuation topics at conferences and for client trainings.

Fields of expertise:

	Extensive experience in the field of business valuation
	Valuation of intangible assets including software, customer relationships, license agreements, technology, patents, trademarks and trade names and in-process research and development
	Merger & Acquisition, purchase price allocation, fairness opinion, divestiture, pre-transaction consulting, international tax planning and insurance
	Valuation for tax restructuring and transfer pricing.
