Evžen Körner
Evžen leads American Appraisal’s Fixed Asset Management Group in Central Europe. In his position, he is responsible for managing full-service client relationships and the development, execution, review, and quality assurance of all engagements related to fixed tangible assets. Since joining American Appraisal in 1996, Evžen has been involved in the valuation of all types of tangible assets for diverse range of corporate clients in numerous countries across the world. He has experience of a diverse range of industries including aerospace, automotive, chemicals, communications, electronic components, semiconductors, power industry, steel, public utilities, food and beverage, insurance, consumer packaging, metal fabrication, pulp and paper, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Evžen specializes in the valuation of industrial property and machinery and equipment but his working experience includes also valuation of industrial real estate, financial valuation and valuation of intangible assets. Evžen played integral role in establishing worldwide Professional Valuation Practice Policies and Standards within the industrial group of American Appraisal as well as in shaping internal business model and practices since opening German office in 2001. Prior to joining American Appraisal, Evžen was employed by various manufacturing companies being responsible for specification of technological processes, coordination of construction processes, and latterly as a head of engineering development division, in charge of development and restructuring program of the production plant.
