Francisco is Director of American Appraisal in Germany. In his current position he serves as both a real estate and industrial valuation director, being in charge of project management of domestic and international engagements and managing client relationships, planning, execution, review, and quality assurance. Francisco is in charge of the company's Quality Assurance and Internal Review. He has worked for the firm since 1991 holding several positions with different degrees of responsibility, in several of our offices worldwide. Francisco consults clients in a very extensive variety of industries and served corporate clients all over Europe and the rest of the world.
Francisco specializes in the valuation of individual real estate, or portfolios thereof, and mass appraisal of the assets of large industrial companies, especially in the energy sector. In particular, his expertise includes the following topics:
